All products are unconditionally guaranteed, and your satisfaction is assured.  If for any reason merchandise shipped is not satisfactory in any way, please notify Garden Opus by phone 630-834-4027 or by email info@gardenopus.com, and please state the reason for your disappointment.

We do ask that you kindly notify us of any defect or damage within 10 days of arrival.

If the defective or damaged merchandise is an in-stock item we will be happy to replace it at no charge, or if you prefer, we will happily refund your purchase crediting your original payment form. 

If the defective or damaged item is one-of-a kind, or a limited edition, you may wish to choose another item crediting the value of the original item if the replacement item is higher in price; or, if you prefer, we will happily refund your purchase crediting your original payment form.

RETURNS

Damaged Goods:  We will not require you to return materials damaged in transit unless it is necessary to complete a claim with the carrier.  For this reason we ask you to keep any damaged materials or packaging during the return period should they be necessary to further process a carrier claim.

Merchandise Not Needed: If return is being made because an Item is not needed or fails to meet your expectations in any way, please retain the original packaging and contact Garden Opus by phone 630-834-4027 or by email info@gardenopus.com, and we will issue you a return shipping tag, at our expense, which you will need to affix in place of the previous shipping label.
